The Wampanoags lived in Southern Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
They lived in portable huts called wetu.
The Wampanoag men would hunt and fish for food, while the women would gather corn, beans, squash and berries.
To get around, the Wampanoags would carve out canoes from tree trunks.
